Cancellation / No Show Policy 2009-2010:
High Season : 12 days prior to the arrival or no show 1 night charges on the meal plan booked
Medium Season : 07 days prior to the arrival or no show 1 night charges on the meal plan booked
Low Season : 02 days prior to the arrival or no show 1 night charges on the meal plan booked
Exhibition Dates : 16 days prior to arrival/ No show - Full ;length of stay on the meal plan booked
Any Name changes will be considered as a cancellation and new names will be new reservation and room is subject to availability

Early Departure Policy :
Clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights
