Dining Policy
Above HB Supplement is to be consumed at Brasserie buffet dinner (Halfboard is not applicable for Lunch
Half board should be taken for the full duration of stay and all parties booked
Half board cannot be booked for individual days only (unless arrival/departure time does not allow to consume the HB. In this case, 1 night
booked on BB basis
Guest will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals
 

New Year Gala Dinner & Policy (2011--2012) :
Minimum of 7 nights stay is compulsory between 26/12/2011 to 02/01/2012 (both days inclusive)
New Year Eve Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2011: US$550/ Adult, US$275 / Child from 05--16 years
Option: Children can attend a Kid's Party on New Years Eve free of charge (entertainment, games, snacks, softdrinks) under supervision
of hotel staff.
A Baby sitting is available in the hotel in must be pre booked
Please do not use the term Gala Dinner in your Brochure, use only "New Year Eve Dinner"

Cancellation / No Show Policy - 11-Jan-2010--10-Jan-2011
Peak & High Season (P & H) : 33-13 days prior to the arrival, 2 nights stay will be charge at the meal plan booked
12 days prior to arrival or No Show, full stay will be charge at the meal plan booked
Shoulder & (S) : 12-7 days prior to the arrival, 1 night stay will be charge at the meal plan booked
06 days prior to arrival, or No Show number of nights booked, max 3 nights stay will be charge at the meal plan booked
Low Season (L) : 04 days prior to the arrival, or no show 1 night will be charge at the meal plan booked
Early Departure : Full stay charges is applicable
Amendment charges : As per period will be charged with the above mentioned cancellation charges
